About the Event
Cancer Changes Everything!
St. Jude, founded in 1962, is a pediatric treatment and research facility focused on children’s catastrophic diseases, particularly leukemia and other cancers. The hospital costs about $2.8 million a day to run, but patients are not charged for their care. We at Dean Home Supply + Service Co. love children and believe in the mission of St. Jude. Every fundraising dollar raised helps ensure families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. In order to support this misssion, we are launching our first annual trike-a-thon to benefit St. Jude. DEAN's will be matching all donations raised, dollar for dollar. Our goal is to provide chemotherapy for a child for one day ($1,800).
