  • What is capped polymer decking material?
Capped polymer decking does not contain any wood products. Unlike composite decking, Azek Max’s Capped Polymer Decking boards are composed of a mainly - polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is most commonly known as vinyl. The lack of wood fiber in this material makes capped polymer the superior choice for decking around water applications such as piers, boardwalks, and most commercial applications.
  • What are the benefits of Azek Max’s capped polymer decking?
Because there is no wood fiber in the material, capped polymer decking is unbeatable in its resistance to mold and mildew, which means boards won’t rot, splinter, crack, or warp. It is extremely low maintenance with no need to sand, seal, or stain ever.
  • What is the warranty for Azek Max’s capped polymer decking?
The fully synthetic cap and core of Azek Max’s capped polymer decking has a warranty unsurpassed by anything in the industry. Azek Max comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, including delaminating, chipping, and splitting. Its superior resistance to weathering allows Azek Max to come with a 50 year fade and stain limited warranty.
