Thank you for sharing two months of VIRTUAL craft & story time with us! The rest of the year is already planned with fun crafts, coordinated treats, and stories. We even have a special event thrown in the mix!. In lew of our regular meeting in August, we have planned a trike-a-thon to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In case you don't know, St. Jude is a pediatric treatment and research facility focused on children's catastrophic diseases, particularly leukemia and other cancers. The hospital costs about $2.8 million a day to run, but patients are not charged for their care. Pretty amazing, huh!
Our intent is to continue with all of our plans for the year, including the trike-a-thon. When will we meet at DEAN for craft & story time? Will the St. Jude event be at DEAN or will we have to be virtually creative? We don't know. What we do know is, we are committed to our littlest friends and will continue to remain flexible and focused on the joy set before us! We will continue to keep you updated through social media and email, if you have shared that information.
Our time together will continue to be the second Saturday of each month at 9am. We will continue to follow the mandates of Gov. Hogan and our local officials while also keeping a pulse on the comfort of our community when it comes to gathering and when that may be. Your thoughts are important to us, please reach out and share any wisdom, ideas, critiques, or encouragements you may have.

Email us at admin@deanhss.com by end of day, Wednesday, June 10th, with your child’s name(s) and your mailing address; he or she will receive a package addressed to him/her filled with everything needed to complete Saturday's craft.
